Please read all information below on how to process a return.

Have a change of heart?

We accept returns with the original packaging within 15 days of your order received date. We charge a 5% restocking fee. Returns will be credited back to the original form of payment, minus any fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees. Returned items must be in original condition with either the proof-of-purchase or the RMA (original invoice, packing slip or RMA number) to receive a refund. We cannot issue refunds for final sale (clearance) items. Please follow the link below to process your return request. You can select the carrier of your choice; however, the items may not be folded to fit into smaller packaging, as this could damage the item. We recommend that you ship your item with a carrier that provides tracking information as well as insurance. We will not be held liable for, nor will we refund or replace any products lost or damaged in transit to us.

Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed after we have received it.

Product replacements (exchanges) must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment. If an item is received damaged due to shipping you have 7 days to advise us. If you have a defective item you have up to 90 days to report it to us. Returned items must be shipped in a padded envelope or a box appropriate to size; items not packaged properly can be damaged in transit. We recommend insuring your return shipment to protect yourself from any loss. You are responsible for the cost to return your order, unless it is defective. We do require pictures of damaged or defective items.

What is the Return Policy for a purchase from a retail store or personal vendor?

We do not process returns or refunds from other retail stores, only purchases made from our direct website MicheLives.com, Miche Facebook, Miche Instagram or Miche TikTok shops. If you purchased your items from any other source, please contact that source for their return policy. We cannot vouch for their condition.

What is the Return Policy for a purchase from a different online website?

If you purchased items from a different online store, please return your items to that online website. Refer to that website's return/refund policy where the purchase was made.

Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of wrong item(s) shipped/damaged goods, so that we may discuss how to correct the situation.

We will always replace item(s) in the rare event that there is a manufacture defect or damage. If you would like to exchange an item, where no defect is present, it can only be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. We will invoice you for any difference in pricing. Upon payment and receipt of the exchanged item, we will then ship your new items to you for a flat shipping fee of $7.00 for US residents and $35 International. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us first at (559) HAND-BAG or at returns@michelives.com to ensure we have your item in stock.

If you are shipping an item back to us that is over $50, we urge you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If you want to exchange an item, but do not see an option for what you want, please email us at returns@michelives.com and advise what you want to return and exchange for. We will email you an invoice for any difference or credit back once the item is returned. We will deduct any shipping charges and restocking fees for exchanges or returns.
