Shipping Policy
Order processing times:
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control are not including in the estimated time frames.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping offers are after all discounts have been applied. Free Shipping is valid within the 48 contiguous U.S. and APO/FPO addresses only.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping, if permitted. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Deliveries can take anywhere between 8 to 30 days from the time they are shipped, depending on location and local postal systems.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miche is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@michelives.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box, please be aware you will only be able to select USPS at checkout.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus restocking fees and shipping costs for the return. We do not pay for return shipping, unless there is a manufacture defect or an error on our part. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@michelives.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Additional Shipping Guidelines
You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address you entered is correct. We will make every attempt to verify an address before shipping. If there is an issue with the address, please email us immediately at info@michelives.com and we will make every effort to correct it. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered. All packages are given a tracking number and it will be emailed to you upon shipping, if you gave us your email address upon checkout.
MICHE LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS THAT ARE STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY IS CONFIRMED TO THE RECIPIENTS SHIPPING ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT. ALL RECIPIENTS ARE GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER AT THE TIME OF SHIPPING THROUGH EMAIL. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE INSURANCE FOR ORDERS OVER $150.
