1. Limited Lifetime Warranty – Miche Bases

Miche Bases are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials, including stitching, hardware, and structural integrity.
  • Defects in workmanship that affect durability or functionality.
  • Magnetic attachment failures.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, scuffs, or scratches.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
  • Damage from exposure to extreme conditions (heat, water, chemicals, etc.).
  • Lost or stolen items.

2. Limited 1-Year Warranty – Miche Shells

Miche Shells are covered by a Limited 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in stitching, seams, or structural components.
  • Defects in workmanship that affect the attachment or fit of the shell.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, scuffs, or scratches.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • Magnetic wear due to normal use over time.
  • Damage from improper storage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or liquids.
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.

3. 90 day-Limited Warranty

  • Handles & Hardware have a 90 day warranty against all manufacture defects. 
  • Specialty Bags have a 90 day warranty against all manufacture defects. 
  • Accessories have a 90 day warranty against all manufacture defects. 
  • Wallets (non-interchangeable) have a 90 day warranty against all manufacture defects. 

Warranty Eligibility & Claim Process

Eligibility:

  • This warranty applies only to Miche products manufactured from 2021 forward and purchased directly from MicheLives.com and our affiliates.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, resale platforms, or unauthorized retailers are not covered under this warranty.

Claim Process:

  1. Provide Proof of Purchase – The warranty applies only to the original owner and requires a valid receipt or order confirmation from MicheLives.com.
  2. Submit a Claim – Contact Miche Customer Service at info@michelives.com or call (559) 426-3224 with a description of the issue and photos of the defect.
  3. Evaluation & Resolution – Our team will review the claim and, if approved, offer one of the following solutions:
    • Repair the defective component (if possible).
    • Replace the item with the same or a comparable item.
    • Store Credit if an exact replacement is unavailable.

Additional Terms

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item for further evaluation, if a claim is denied.
  • Replacements or repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
  • Miche reserves the right to determine the validity of claims and the appropriate resolution.
